Founded in 2017, the Ladies Lead Foundation is dedicated to uplifting young girls in Ghana through comprehensive educational programs and health initiatives. Our mission is to foster empowerment and self-respect, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.

Ladies Lead Foundation, our mission comes to life through three powerful pillars: Education, Menstrual Hygiene Management, and Entrepreneurship. These focus areas reflect our commitment to empowering the girl-child and youth with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive. From providing school resources and mentorship to promoting dignified menstrual health and creating pathways to self-reliance through skills training, each initiative is designed to spark transformation and unlock potential. Together, they form the foundation of our work in building a more equitable and empowered society.
Entrepreneurship
We equip girls and youth with practical skills to start small businesses, build confidence, and become self-reliant, especially those who have dropped out of school.
Menstrual Hygiene Management
We provide menstrual health education and sanitary pads to help girls manage their periods safely and stay in school with confidence and dignity.
Education
We support the girl-child and youth through mentorship, leadership training, and educational resources. Our programs like Teen Talks and conferences aim to inspire responsible, educated change-makers.
